THE TRUE SIGS OF ALMA COLLEGE
The Sigma Chi Fraternity, Theta Nu chapter at Alma College has been the premier leadership organization on campus for over 30 years. We create leaders through value based leadership training programs such as Horizons and the Balfour Leadership Training Workshop. At Sigma Chi, undergraduate males are able to find something they cannot find anywhere else on campus, a value based organization to make them a better man.
BROTHERHOOD
As one of the oldest and largest secret Greek fraternities, Sigma Chi has a brotherhood that spans all across the globe.
LEADERSHIP
Sigma Chi has produced strong leaders all over the world, including former NFL player and coach, Mike Ditka, Pittsburgh ’61.
NETWORKING
Among the benefits of being a Sigma Chi Fraternity brother are the networking opportunities, you will never make better connections.
SCHOLARSHIP
In 1855 Sigma Chi was founded as an elite secret literary society and continues today with its education and scholarship programs.
IM SPORTS
Sigma Chi competes in Fraternal intramural sports and proudly showcases its various Alma IM Sports championship trophies inside the house.
PHILANTHROPY
Sigma Chi hosts one of Alma’s largest philanthropies, Derby Days. All sororities participate and proceeds go to the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
COMMUNITY
Each Sigma Chi takes time to be personally responsible for giving back to his peers through various community service opportunities

Sigma Chi participates in many social events including, Homecoming, sports tailgates, mixers, and our annual Formal.
